A Research on the Methods of Economic Evaluation on the Higher Education Investment Project

通过对高等教育投资项目的经济费用与收益识别,构建了对高等教育投资项目进行财务评价与国民经济评价的指标体系,这对建立和完善高等教育投资项目评价理论,正确进行高等教育投资决策奠定了基础。

This paper firstly identifies the economic expenses and incomes of higher education investment project. Then it sets out the national economic evaluation indexes and financial evaluation indexes of higher investment project. This is an attempt to establish and perfect the current evaluation theory of Chinese higher education investment, and it constructs the foundation for making decisions on higher education investment project.
