摘要
提出了一种零电压软开关高功率因数变换器电路.主电路采用准谐振PWM-Boost软开关拓扑结构,控制电路采用平均电流控制技术和软开关控制技术相结合的形式.文中分析了该电路的工作原理,给出了电路参数归一化曲线及设计指导.实验结果表明,该电路在整个输入电压范围内都能保持软开关特性,达到了高功率因数和高效率的目的.在输入电压为220 V,工作频率为65 kH z,电路输出功率为1 000 W时,实测工作效率为95.3%;经对入端电流频谱分析、计算,功率因数达到0.998 8.
The paper presents a kind of zero-voltage soft-switching unity power factor converter. The main circuit uses quasi-resonance PWM-boost soft-switching topology and the controller is composed of the average current control circuit and the soft-switching control circuit in the proposed converter circuit. The operating mechanism of the new converter circuit is analyzed. Normalized curves and design method of circuit parameters are proposed. The experiment results show that the new converter circuit operates at soft-switching in whole input voltage and can attain the goal of unity power factor and high operating efficiency. The converter efficiency of 95. 3% is measured for a input voltage of 220 V, switching frequency of 65 kHz and 1 000 W output power. The power factor is 0. 998 8 by analyzing and calculating input current spectrum.
