摘要
采用雷诺平均纳维斯托克斯方程(RNA S)和标准k-ε湍流模型,运用S IM PLEC算法,对不同工况下某船坞泵站双向配水单侧进水廊道进行三维数值模拟计算,预测了回流区及旋涡发生位置与形态,分析了进水廊道型式、廊道几何参数对廊道内水流流态的影响,提出了相应的整流措施,改善了廊道内水流流态,为船坞廊道设计提供了指导.该方法研究周期短,研究成本低,有工程实用价值.
Based on Navier-Stokes equations and the standard k-ε turbulent mode, numerical simulation of three-dimensional flow is applied on inlet passage of a boatyard pumping station. From the calculated results, the measurements of improving the inlet flow pattern are provided. The solutions can be used to direct the design of the boatyard inlet passage, shorten the cycle of the study and reduce the cost of the research. The results show that the calculated model is reliable and practical.
