本文就传统粤乐的美学品格和是谁开民族轻音乐之先河这两个既各自独立但又互有关联的问题,作了引证分析、论述,提出跟以往一些音乐教科书或音乐论著不完全相同的看法, 供研究者参考。

This paper analyzes the aesthetic quality of Cantonese music and postulates a view as to who started light music. The view author holds differs from those traditionally held by existing texts of music.
