音乐教育面临的新课题——关于培养保护无形文化遗产人才的问题

Music education faces a new task: Problem of training personnel to rescue & preserve intangible cultural heritage

本文根据自己所接触的工作,简要介绍了近年来国际、国内有关无形文化遗产保护方面的形势和情况,即:面对世界经济全球化、旅游业等发展的影响,以及武力冲突、环境恶化等的威胁,联合国教科文组织在近30年来采取的措施,一些国家(如日本及韩国)的经验,以及我国参与联合国教科文组织的项目和近年来所做的工作。文章提出为抢救和保护我国丰富的却又濒危的文化遗产,尽快培养这方面人才的紧迫性和可能性。

Based on some relevant works of the author, this article introduces current international and domestic situation of the preservation of intangible cultural heritage. It provides information as follows ： According to the threatening to intangible cultural heritage of economic globalization, armed conflict, tourism, deterioration of environment etc., measures that the UNESCO adopted, experiences of some countries （like Japan ＆ Korea） as well as the UNESCO projects which China took part in and measures that the Chinese government adopted. As the intangible cultural heritage of our country is rich, but it is also in imminent danger. The article advocates the urgency and possibility of training personnel as soon as possible in order to rescue and preserve our intangible cultural heritage.
