Design of the Injection Mould for the Shell

分析了外壳零件的工艺特点，介绍了外壳注射模的结构，阐述了抽芯结构的确定，滑块结构的改变。模具在保证型腔强度的前提下，很好的减小了模具的体积，降低了模具的费用。

It analyzed the technological characteristies of the shell part, introduced the structure of the injection mould, stated the deterruination of pore-pulling mechanism and the changing of the sliding structure. The mould bulk was reduced on the premise of assuring the mould cavity strength. Also the mould cost was lowed.
