Synthesis of Ethyl Nipecotate from Hydrogenation of Ethyl Nicotinate

摘要 以PdC为催化剂对烟酸乙酯进行加氢合成3哌啶酸乙酯,结果表明,在高压釜中,以10%PdC为催化剂、醋酸为溶液反应12h收率可在70%以上。采用气相色谱质谱联用对该反应机理进行了研究,确定了反应的主要影响因素,该反应适宜的溶剂为非极性惰性溶剂。 Ethyl nipecotate is prepared from ethyl nicotinate by hydrogenation in presence of Pd/C catalyst. The yield of ethyl nipecotate is above 70% after 12 h reaction in autoclave when acetic acid is used as solvent and 10% Pd/C catalyst is added. The synthesized products are analysed by combined means of gas chromatographymass spectrometry. The main effect of the reaction is identified and nonpolar solvent is appropriate for the reaction.
