摘要
开展政府绩效审计是新世纪我国经济发展的必然要求,标志着政府审计已经发展到一个崭新的阶段。
Conducting governmental performance auditing is the necessary requirment of economic development in our country in new era. It represents that governmental auditing has been at a brand-new stage. In this paper, the author presents his views on how to carry out auditing as well as on the significance and condition of performance auditing.
