用户调查是用户研究中最重要的研究方法。文章介绍了当前在国外及中国台湾地区,研究人员在进行用户检索行为研究时惯常使用的研究方法,包括:问卷调查法、访谈法、小组讨论法、实验法、观察法、出声思维法和记录分析法七种。

User survey is one of important methods in user study. The paper introduces the several methods that used usually in user behavioral analysis by researchers of Taiwan and overseas such as survey method by questionnaire, interview method, panel discussion method, experimental method, observational method, thinking aloud method and log analysis method.
