Simple Remark on the Socialist Political Civilization

党的十六大提出的“社会主义政治文明”,是由政治意识、政治制度和政治行为等多个层次构成的有机整体。它与社会主义物质文明和精神文明密切相连,融为一体,既是社会主义本质的必然要求,也是发展社会主义市场经济和推进对外开放的需求。它的提出,是对我国社会主义精神文明的进一步完善,是对三大纲领的进一步阐释,是推进具有中国特色的社会主义政治建设的又一重大理论创新,体现了与时俱进的精神风貌。

“The socialist political civilization” is the organic integration composed of political system and political action. It links the socialist civilization with the spiritual civilization as one. It is the further perfection of our country＇s socialist spiritual civilization and the further explanation of the three outlines, another theoretic innovation for the socialist political construction with Chinese feature and embodies the spiritual feature of“advancing with the times”.
