摘要
在工序控制中常因异常而出现不良品,通过对样本观测值的分析,可尽快地发现工序异常,寻求原因,并使工序迅速恢复正常状态.这种控制方法是维持工序稳定,使工序能力处于较为理想状态,使产品质量特性不偏离中心的一种有效方法.
The bad products are often turned out because of their abnormal process control. Through an analysis of the observed value of the poor products, the abnormality of the process can be discovered and the causes can be found. Thus the normal process can be resumed quickly. It is an effective controlling method to keep the process steady in an ideal state, and keep the product quality around the central line.
