面对当前我国高等教育发展不平衡的现实,关注区域高等教育的发展,这不仅是高等教育自身发展不断完善的需要,也是高等教育管理者不可推卸的历史责任。发展区域高等教育要充分认识它对社会发展的支撑作用,本文立足于科学教育发展观,从政策、经费、高校自身三个方面就区域高等教育的发展提出一些改革思路。

With the unbalance situation of higher education development in our country, it is not only the necessary of selfer perfect of higher education, but also the historical duties of higher education managers who can＇ t refuse to pay attention to the development of regional higher education. Its support for society development must be fully acknowledged to develop regional higher education. This essay purposed some revolutionary minds for the development of region higher education from its policies , financing and college or university itself , with the development idea of scientific education.
