自控显示仪诊治宫腔粘连127例临床疗效分析

The Cliical curative effect analysis of diagnosis and treatment on 127 cases of IUA by ACDI

目的探讨妇女诊断治疗自控显示仪检测宫腔容积（GR）及治疗宫腔粘连（intrauterineadnesions，IUA）的疗效。方法收集1999年3月至2004年2月，在本院接受自控显示仪检测子宫腔容积的部分患者的检测数据，了解其宫腔蓉积的意义。使用此仪可以对正常子宫与非正常子宫提出量化的界定标准，将诊断宫腔粘连的127例患者，随机分为两组．其中治疗组69例，采用自控显示仪钝性分离粘连的子宫腔；对照组58例临床给予探针扩宫、配合中药及雌激素治疗。结果治疗组的治愈率95．65％，受孕率56．52％；对照组的治愈率56．90％，受孕率32．76％，两组的治疗效果经统计学处理差异均有显著性意义（P〈0．01）。结论采用自控显示仪扩大宫腔容积，松解宫腔粘连（Synechiolysis），治疗IUA疗程短．操作安全，是可以达到满意疗效的。

Objective To study the measuring of intrauterine dimensions and curative effect on IUA by the use of the ACDI. Methods To investigate xome cases of patients who had received the measuring and treatment by the use of the ACDI in our hospi- tal during March 1999 to February 2004, analyzed the measuring data of the intrauterine dimensions, and Put forward the definition standard to distinguish between the normal uterus and the abnormal uterus. The 127 cases who were made definite diagnosis of Intrauterine adhesions were divided into two groups at random. 69 cases in the treatment group,adopted the ACDI to do blunt separation of the patients＇conglutinate intrauterine; and 58 cases in the contrast group,adopted the probes to disjoin the conglutinate intrauterine, meanwhile,with the cooperation of the traditional Chinese medicine and estrogen treatment. Results The cure ratio of treatment group was 95.65%, pregnancy ratio of treatment group was 56.52% and was 56.9% and 32.76% correspondingly in contrast group. There was a very great distinct difference between two groups＇curative effect dealt with by statistics（ P 〈 0.01 ）Conclusion Adopt the ACDI to disjoin the conglutinate intrauterine and enlarge the intrauterine dimensions, these treatment method of IUA are verified safely in operation, shortly in course, and can reach a satisfying curative effect finally.
