This paper discusses some special grammatical elements in Gong’ an Dialect of the Southwestern Mandarin. These elements include the modal particle “lai”（来）, the “V-Renzi” （V人子） adjectives, and the “Pa ＋O＋ V ＋ Ta” （把＋O＋ V ＋它） disposal structure, li is argued that similar examples can be found in ancient literature.
