摘要
目的探讨改良前后肢体保护带对精神分裂症患者依从性的影响。方法将符合CCMD-3精神分裂症诊断标准的患者，随机分为两组，分别于入院时采用传统与改良后的肢体保护带进行保护，采用保护患者记录单评定效果。结果改良后肢体保护带的保护作用明显优于传统肢体保护带，且无明显不良后果。结论改良后的肢体保护带对精神分裂症患者有较好的保护作用，不良反应少而轻，患者依从性好。
Objective To explore the effect of amend bracer using in schizophrenia patient. Methods Selected schizophrenia patients according to CCMD-Ⅲ, and were divided into amend bracer group and traditional bracer group at random. Assessing the effect with patients protected register. Results The safeguard effect of amend bracer are obviously better than traditional bracer＇s without anything side-effect Conclusion The amend bracer have preferable safeguard effect. There are few and light side-effect, patients have better compliableness.
