临床医师对医学课程设置的态度调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Attitude that Clinical Doctor to the Medical Science Course Establishment

目的探讨临床医师对临床医学课程设置的态度和意见，促进医学课程改革。方法应用《临床医学专业课程设置调查表》对河北省唐山市3所大型综合医院809名临床医师进行了问卷调查。结果绝大多数临床医师重视专业课程教学（总平均分为96.37±20.44），认为不必要开设高等数学和大学语文，分别占27.2％和21.4％。结论临床医学教育应重视贯彻生物、心理社会医学模式原则，提高学生对人文社会科学的重要性认识。

Objective To study Attitude and opinion that clinical doctor to medical science course establishment, and promote the medical science course reformation. Methods To apply “Questionnaire of Clinical Medicine Profession Course Establishment” to the 3 large general hospitals 809 clinical doctors proceeded the questionnaire investigates in Tangshan city, Hebei province. Results Teaching （the total average score is 96.37±20.44）, thinking need not set up higher mathematics with the university language, occupying 27.2% and 21. 4% Respectively. Conclusion The education of clinical medical science should value to carry through the living creature and the mental state with social medical science mode principle, increasing student to the importance cognition of the humanities social science.
