摘要
以常规草炭系育苗基质及肥料配比和蚯蚓粪基质未肥料喷施为对照,设计3个肥料浓度水平(100×10-6、200×10-6和300×10-6N)和3个肥料喷施间隔次数(每次喷施肥料溶液、每隔1次灌水喷施1次肥料溶液和每隔2次灌水喷施1次肥料溶液),研究了播后肥料喷施对以蚯蚓粪为基质的辣椒穴盘苗生长发育的影响。结果表明:播后肥料喷施可以明显提高基质的EC值,显著增加辣椒叶片叶绿素a、b的含量,进而有效促进辣椒幼苗的生长发育。筛选出最佳播后喷施组合为200×10-6N每隔1次灌水喷施1次肥料溶液,其幼苗株高、茎粗、根体积、单株干重和壮苗指数比常规草炭系基质分别增加65.79%、37.93%、134.78%、222.23%和171.25%,差异均达显著水平。
Contrasting to regular peat-based media and non-fertilized vermicompost-based media,the effects of fertilizer spray application after sowing on growth and development of pepper plug seedling were studied by three fertilizer concentrations and three intervals. The results showed that fertilizer spray application distinctly improved the electric conductivity of media, increased the chlorophyll content in leaves,and then promoted the growth and development of seedlings. The optimal combination of concentration and intervals was selected to being 200×10^-6 N in once fertilizer every once water and comparison to regular peat-based media it significantly promoted the plant height by 65.79% ,stem diameter by 37.93% ,root volume by 134.78%, plant dry mass by 222.23% ,and healthy index by 171.25%, respectively. Above results show important roles for production of pepper plug seedling by fertigation.
