摘要
利用分子蒸馏技术对山苍子油分离提纯柠檬醛工艺技术条件进行研究。用GC-MS联用仪对分离物中柠檬醛相对百分含量进行分析,实验表明,获得高纯度、高收率的柠檬醛的分子蒸馏的适宜工艺条件为:在蒸馏压力0.15Pa、蒸馏温度45℃、物料流量1滴/s、刮膜蒸馏转速370 ̄390r/min、冷却水温度4 ̄5℃。在此工艺条件下柠檬醛质量分数从原料的79.61%提高到95.08%,柠檬醛的收率为80.02%。
A process for preparing citral from litsea cubeba oil using molecular distillation were investigated. The optimum conditions of the process for obtaining high-purity and recovery citral were determined by analyzing the relative content of citral with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry system(GC-MS). The results showed that the process would be feasible and prospect for industry.
