摘要
采用适宜本地生态环境条件的VIP-土壤有机物腐熟剂对鸡粪接种,进行现场堆肥,研究堆肥过程中细菌、放线菌、霉菌和酵母菌的数量和种类变化.结果表明,细菌和放线菌是堆肥过程中的主要作用菌群,VIP-土壤有机物腐熟剂的接入可有效地改善鸡粪堆肥过程中的微生物群落结构.
The VIP was inoculated to chicken manure which was adapt to local environment. The changes of number and varieties of bacteria, actionmyces, mold and yeast were studied during spot composting. The results suggested that bacteria and actionmyces were dominating communities, and the inoculation of VIP could effectively improve the community structure of microorganism during ferment.
