摘要
通过营养土的压缩试验,得到钵体所需要的硬度及阻力变化规律,研制了2BZ型制钵机,解决了钵体不成型的问题和制钵过程费时、费工等问题;通过对运动特性的分析,提供了各种压缩机所需要最佳参数的选择方法.
Based on the experiments of compressing nutritional soil, the required hardness and varying rule of resistance of earthen bowl were obtained. The 2BZ type making earthen bowl machine was made to solve the no molding, time consuming problem and so on . Through the analysis of kinematic properties, the method of selecting best required parameters for all kinds of compression machines was provided.
