摘要
在模拟集输上升管路系统的实验装置上,研究了多种倾斜管角度下严重段塞流发生规律,给出了流型图。实验发现,倾斜管水平时仍会出现严重段塞流。流动参数分析表明,严重段塞流具有显著的周期性,压力大幅度振荡,气液间歇流出上升管,出口气体速度可能超过入口数十倍,对分离器造成剧烈冲击。研究发现,严重段塞流周期随气液流量增大而减小,并且符合幂律定律。
The severe slugging was studied in a laboratory facility which simulated deepwater pipelineriser systems. The test pipeline consisted of a 114 m horizontal section and a 19 m downward inclination section which had different slopes. The flow pattern maps of different slopes were presented. It was found that the severe slugging occurred when the slope of the downward pipe section was zero. Distinct instabilities were observed in severe slugging and the flow characteristics fluctuated periodically. The pressure had large fluctuation magnitude. The liquid and gas flowed out of the system intermittently. A long liquid slug appeared in every cycle and moves into the downstream separator with very high velocity. The relation between the period of severe slugging and gas or liquid flow rates was analyzed and it can be regressed by a power law correlation.
