摘要
通过动态建模、频率特性和瞬态响应分析以及计算机仿真,研究了永磁同步电动机交流伺服系统的动态性能,特别着重研究了传动机构弹性变形对动态性能和中高频段特性的影响,给出了抑制其不利影响的有效措施。
