摘要
通过对脱硫系统进行合理的假设,分析质量热量平衡模型,开发出一套烟气脱硫循环流化床质量热量平衡计算软件包,经过某热电厂75t/h锅炉脱硫改造工程的运行监测数据验证,计算准确。该软件可以为系统设计、调试和运行控制提供重要参数的预测结果。对某典型算例的计算中还发现灰渣份额hαz和入口飞灰量Gin对高效运行有重要影响。
This paper introduces the development of Visual Basic-based software for computing mass/heat balance, which is suitable for designing a circular fluidized bed (CFB) system for flue gas desulfurization (FGD). The calculated results also can be used in predicting essential parameters for CFB operation and debugging.
