摘要
研究了圆渐开线型线双圆弧修正齿形的生成方法、齿形特点和几何关系,确定了修正齿形的存在条件。根据修正圆弧圆心位置的不同,将双圆弧修正分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ两类,建立了两类修正齿形的通用方程,分析了各齿形参数的变化规律和影响因素,并从曲率半径和啮合转角等方面讨论了双圆弧修正对型线的影响,提出了修正角及修正展角分别为最小时的修正齿形。将研究范围扩展到线段渐开线和正多边形渐开线的修正,创建了任意渐开线类型线的通用双圆弧修正齿形。丰富和完善了双圆弧修正理论,为型线的多对圆弧修正奠定了理论基础。
The generation method, features and geometry of circle involute wrap modified with twin-circular arcs are investigated, and the existence condition of such a modified wrap is obtained. This profile modification is divided into type-Ⅰ and type-Ⅱ according to the different positions of circular arc center. The general equations of these two modified wraps are derived. The mutual dependence of wrap parameters and their influence factor are analysed. In addition, the effect of profile modification on the performance of wrap profile is discussed in terms of curvature radius and meshing rotational angles. The modified wraps with minimum modification angle and minimum modification expansion angle are presented. Finally, the profile modification of line segment involute and regular polygon involute is also studied, and the general modified wrap of arbitrary involute profile modification by means of twin-circular arcs is established, improving and enriching the theory of profile modification with twin-circular arcs as well as making a basis for profile modification with multi-pairs of circular arcs.
