RESEARCH ON MAGNETORHEOLOGICAL CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION TECHNOLOGY

摘要 磁流变液(MRF)是一种新型智能材料,介绍了一种磁流变无级调速器(MRCVT),对其恒转矩特性和动态响应进行了试验研究。提出MRCVT对不同工作负载的调速方式,并进行了各种调速方式和节能比较试验。试验证明,MRCVT调速具有控制简单,控制功率小,调节范围宽,调速平稳等一系列特点。 Magnetorheological fluid (MRF) is a new type of intelligent material, a type of MRCVT is introduced and some experiments about its dynamic response and constant torque performance are done. Propose different modes of speed regulation according to different load, and also some comparative experiments about mode of speed regulation and energy conversation are done. It shows that the MRCVT has a series of merits: easy to control, low control power, wide range of regulation, and stable speed regulation, etc.
