纳米永磁材料FeSmO_3的制备及磁性研究 被引量:3

摘要 用溶胶凝胶方法制备了一种新型纳米永磁材料FeSmO3。X射线衍射(XRD)及扫描电镜(SEM)分析表明,由于在溶胶凝胶阶段控制原料配比及在煅烧时增加一个低温退火阶段,保证了样品的粒度为纳米级,新材料具有优异的磁性能。实验表明,柠檬酸添加量对样品的粒度影响很大,当柠檬酸与混合硝酸盐配比为3∶1时所制备产品的磁性能最佳;但柠檬酸配比对粉末的物相结构影响不大。 Nano permanent magnet material FeSmO3 was prepared using sol-gel method. XRD, SEM and DTA were used to characterize the material. The magnetic properties of nano FeSmO3 were measured by vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The results show that the nano permanent magnet FeSmO3 can be obtained by controlling the ratio of original materials and changing the heating temperature. The magnetic properties of nano FeSmO3 are choiceness. The experiment shows the amount of citric acid will effect the size of particles and not effect the structure, the best ratio is n(citiic acid):n(glycol)=1:3.
