摘要
近年来,肝脏移植的手术技术进展迅速,笔者根据582例肝脏移植经验,对体外静脉转流技术在肝脏移植中的地位和经典原位肝脏移植、背驮式肝脏移植及附加腔静脉成形的肝脏移植术式选择、门脉病变的处理进行讨论,并介绍器官簇移植、活体肝脏移植及劈裂式肝脏移植等新的术式。
Over the past several decades, liver transplantation in surgical techniques, including venovenous experienced remarkable advances bypass, piggyback method without venovenous bypass, piggyback method with cavaplasty, living-related liver transplantation, splitting liver transplantation, cluster organ transplantation, and liver retransplantation. Based on his experience on 582 case of liver transplantation, the author reviews these techniques and discusses their advantages and disadvantages.
