粉煤灰活性较低,与CaO反应极慢,在强碱条件下,可与M^+反应生成活性M2O.XSiO2.aq;然后再与液相中CaO反应生成水化产物并释放出M^+,M^+继续与粉煤灰反应,重复进行上述反应,直至水化完毕,上述反应进行较慢,直至7d才明显发生,因此,提高粉煤灰将体早期强度的途径之一,应是引入合适的早强组分。
With lower activition,flyash reracts on CaO very slowly.Active M2O·XSiO_2·aq can be produced by the reaction of fly ash on M ̄+ in alkaline condition,reaction on CaO in liquid phase to prpoducehydrate and to release M ̄+ which react on fly ash.The above reaction is repeated till the hydration iscompleted. The reaction is relatively slow, not happening abviously until 7d. As a result, one of the way to improve the early strength of the paste of fly ash system is to introduce early strength component.
