对我省彝族医药文化保护与彝药研发的思考

Some Ideals on Preserving and Developing Medicine and Herbs of yi Nationality in Yunnan Province

彝族医药是中国传统医药学的重要组成部分,保护彝族医药文化与研发彝药是发展我省医药卫生事业不可缺少的内容。要保护好我省彝族医药文化,一是制定专门的少数民族医药文化保护和发展条例,从政策上保护;二是在遵循争鸣、开放和求真原则的基础上,从史学、古籍学、基础理论、临床诊疗、多学科等方面跨地区、系统研究,予以学术性保护。研发彝药,既要有鼓励性的政策予以支撑,又要以临床实践和确定彝药种属为基础,从广度和深度方面注重研究与开发独具特色的药物,不能单以研发化学药品的方法来研发彝药。

Preserving and developing medicine and herbs of Yi nationality, which is an important project of TCM, is essential to health service research of medicine in yunnan province. One is formulating a policy for preserving and developing medicine and herbs of Yi. The other is the principle of coming into bloom and seeking true, as well as some researching methods should be followed, such as studying historical science, ancient books, the basic theory, calinical diagnosis and treatment, various subjects combined and so on. The author has made the suggestion that Preserving and developing medicine and herbs of Yi should pay attantion to the characteristics of the herbs, instead of using method of researching mechanical medicine; not noly based on clinical practice and defining species and genus of yi herbs, but also supported by encourage policy.
