摘要
介绍了测量偏振态的理论,提出了利用偏振控制器、偏振分束器及双探测器测量偏振态的方法,该方法具有速度快、精度高的优点。最后实际测量了掺铒光纤激光器的偏振态,并对测量结果进行了分析。
The fundamental of SOP measurement is introduced. And a method of measuring SOP using polarization controller, polarization beam splitter and bi- detector is presented. The method is of high speed and high accuracy. The SOP of EDFRL is measured by the presented method, and the results are analyzed.
