摘要
移动IP网络中的视频通信,对高效率的视频压缩和网络的友好设计是一个极具挑战性的任务。本文提出了基于终端的一些技术方案,并介绍了在GPRS和3G移动网络上提供视频服务应考虑的因素。
Video communication in mobile IP network is a challenging task calling for high - compression efficiency as well as a network friendly design. In this paper, some techniques about terminal and some factors about video QoS over GPRS and 3G network are presented.
