以过氧化氢为氧化剂,在碱性条件下氧化2-亚硝基-1-萘酚合成了2-硝基-1-萘酚,优化了反应条件,改进了分离方法,产品收率达到70%以上.
2-Nitro-1-naphthol was prepared from 2-nitroso-1-naphthol in alkaline medium using H202 as oxidant. Reaction conditions were optimized by orthogonal test and the separation procedure was improved. The optimized yield of 2-nitro-1-naphthol reached 70 %.
