论述了基于WEB模式考试系统的功能实现及B／S远程操控系统的灵活性,仔细分析了该系统的开发工具和关键技术,从稳定性、易扩展性等多个角度阐述了系统的优越之处,该系统涉及到数据库技术、在线考试的实时保存和恢复技术,采用B／S浏览器访问方式操作简单，数据的综合处理采用客户端脚本结合服务器后台和数据库管理软件本身功能的进行多级处理方式,充分均衡服务器和客户端负载。

This paper introduces the function realization of Apparatus Facility Informational Administer System and the agility of remote controlling under B/S fashion and analyses the developing tools and the key technology of the system. It also explains the superiority of ASP from such aspects as stability , safety and easy expansibility. The online-test system includes a database, three-layer designed base network, real time save-and-renew. It uses B/S brower visit mode , which is easy to operate. With client script combined with server background and the multilevel manage fashion of database itself , the system can poise the load between server and client.
