包头汉族人HLA-DQA1基因型与寻常型银屑病的相关性研究

Study on the Association of HLA-DQA1*0201 and Psoriasis Vulgaris in Baotou Hans

目的:探讨HLA-DQA1*0201等位基因与包头市汉族寻常型银屑病患者的相关性。方法:采用聚合酶链反应(polymerasechainreaction,PCR)检测64例寻常型银屑病患者及63名健康对照的HLA-DQA1*0201基因型,记录此等位基因的分布情况。结果:HLA-DQA1*0201与包头市汉族寻常型银屑病患者具有明显的相关性。HLA-DQA1*0201在有家族史及无家族史患者中分布差异无显著性。结论:HLA-DQA1*0201等位基因与包头市汉族寻常型银屑病相关。

Objective：To investigate the association between HLA - DQA1 ＊ 0201 and psoriasis vulgaris in Baotou Hans. Methods ： Polymerase chain reaction （PCR） method was used to analyze the frequency of HLA - DQA1 ＊ 0201 among 64 patients with psoriasis vulgaris and 63 healthy persons. Results：HLA - DQA1 ＊ 0201 was markedly correlated to psoriasis vulgaris. There is no difference in distribution between patients with positive and negative family history. Conclusion： HLA - DQA1 ＊ 0201 is asseciated with psoriasis vulgaris in Baotou Hans.
