摘要 分析满充式钢丝绳的性能特点,对CFRC8×36SW+8×17S+1×36SW-56mm1960MPa满充式钢丝绳进行研制,其研发难点是无相应标准可循、钢丝绳破断拉力值高和间隙率难以确定.通过结构设计、技术参数确定、工艺流程控制、原辅材料的优选等研制出高强度钢丝绳,钢丝绳实测直径57.2mm,最小破断拉力2872kN,比规定值高15%以上,实测弹性模量(1.27~1.30)×105 MPa,满足用户使用要求. To analyze the property characteristic of filled up type steel wire rope. The CFRC8 × 36SW + 8 × 17S + 1 × 36SW -56 mm 1960 MPa filled up type steel wire ropes are developed. The research and development difficulties of the rope are that there is not corresponding standard to follow, the breaking force of the rope is higher and the clearance rate is difficult to ensure. By structure design, technique parameters ensuring, process flow control, raw and auxiliary materials selecting and so on, the high strength wire ropes are manufactured. The practical diameter of the rope is 57.2 mm, the minimum breaking force is 2 872 kN which is 15 percent higher than prescript value, the practical measured elastic modulus is ( 1.27 - 1.30)× 10^5 MPa, it satisfies the using requirements of consumers.
