摘要
介绍非调质高强度紧固件用热轧双相钢盘条的试制工艺、组织和性能。对07Mn2SiV双相钢盘条拉拔后强度的变化规律进行研究,结果显示,该盘条初始变形的加工硬化率很高,经第1道次(ε=0.34)变形后,强度由剥壳后的680MPa提高到880MPa。用该双相钢盘条可生产8.8级M10,M14六角头螺栓和M8双头螺柱。
To introduce the trial production process , the microstructure and properties of hot-rolled dual-phase steel wire rod for non-quenched and tempered fasteners with high strength. Strength variations of 07Mn2SiV dual-phase steel wire rod after drawing were researched, the results show that the initial working hardening rate of the wire rod is very high, the tensile strength rise from 680 MPa of decorticated wire rod to 880 MPa after the first pass deformation ( true strain equals to 0. 34) . Using the Dual-phase steel wire rod can produce 8.8 grade M10,M14 hexagon head tap bolts and M8 tapped studs.
