原发性高血压是常见的心血管疾病,其发病机制目前仍不明确。随着对血管内皮细胞的深入研究,发现原发性高血压的发生和血管内皮细胞有密切的关系。现从血管内皮细胞的生物学特性以及与原发性高血压的关系研究现状作一综述。
