摘要
目的本文对近年来环孢素A制剂的研究进展进行综述。方法检索各种文献资料,对环孢素A的口服制剂、注射用制剂、眼用制剂及其它制剂从释药性能,体内分布,药效学,药动学及制备等方面研究分析。结果环孢素A的各种新技术,特别是纳米粒、脂质体能提高生物利用度,降低毒副作用。结论各新技术的应用为环孢素A的临床应用提供了非常广阔的前景。
OBJECTIVE This article summarizes the study progress of Prepdration of cyclosporine A in latest years. METHODS To retrieve various literature datas,oral agent and injecting agent,eye of using,other agent of cyclosporine aare studied from function of freeing drug and distributed in vivo, pharmacodynamics. pharmacokinetics, producing and so on . RESULTS Various new technique of cyclosporine A, particular nanoparticle and liposome could improve the fraction of bioavailability, cut down poison and side effect. CONCLUSION Using of various new technique can provide A. very wide prospect for clinical use of cyclosporine
