摘要 目的探讨纯化羟基红花黄色素A(HSYA)的影响因素。方法用HPLC法测定,以HSYA百分含量为指标,考查醇沉浓度,药液浓度及pH值对HSYA纯化的影响。结果醇沉浓度对HSYA的纯化影响较大,其次为药液浓度和pH值,而且先调pH值后醇沉得到的HSYA含量更高。结论80%的乙醇沉淀,药液浓度为料液比2∶1,pH值为6.5,是最佳工艺条件。 OBJECTIVE To refine hydroxysaffloryellow A (HSYA). METHODS Based on the HSYA which was the index to evaluate the refining conditions. In this way, such conditions as concentration of the ethanol,the quantity of the Ethanol and the pH were investigated. RESULTS The concentration of the ethanol give more significant effect on the refined content of HSYA,and the second was the quantity of the ethanol and the pH. Furthermore using the way that adjust the pH in advance then adjust the concentration of the Ethanol, can obtain more refined HSYA. CONCLUSION The concentration of the ethanol was 80%,pH was 6.5,and the concentration of the lixivium was 2 : 1 that it is the best conditions of refining HSYA.
