摘要
目的建立测定首乌藤中有效成分大黄素含量的方法.方法采用高效液相色谱法测定.以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(85:15)为流动相,检测波长为254nm,柱温为室温.结果大黄素在0.03048~0.3048μg(r=0.999)范围内呈良好线性关系,大黄素的平均回收率为97.15%(RSD=1.48%,n=9).结论方法简便,分离效果好,结果准确可靠,可以用于首乌藤药材的质量控制.
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of emodin in caulis polygonum multiflorum Thunb. METHODS The analysis was carried on a column of Hypecsil OOS2 C18 (250 × 4.6mm, 5μm)with a mobile phase of mathanol -0.1% phosphoric acidf (85 : 15) .The detection wavelength was at 254nm. RESULTS the linear regression equation was Y=3699.5X+6. 2535, (r=0. 9996) and the linear range Was 0. 03048 - 0. 3048μg. The average recoveries was 97.15%(RSD = 1.48%, n = 9) for emodin. CONCLUSION This is a rapid simple and accurate method which can be used to control the qulity of caulis polyzonum muhiflorum Thunb.
