Determination of Brucine Tiaogu Tablets by HPLC

目的建立跳骨片中马钱子碱的含量测定方法.方法采用高效液相色谱法测定,色谱柱ODS C18,流动相:乙腈-10mmol·L-1庚烷磺酸钠与20mmol·L-1磷酸二氢钾等量混合溶液(用10%磷酸调pH至2.8)(20:80);检测波长:254nm.结果在0.07696～3.848μg范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.6%,RSD2.21%(n=9).结论本法简便,快速,重现性好.

OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for detemination of Brucine in Tiaogu Tablets. METHODS HPLC method was used. Chromatographic conditions： ODS C18column,a mixturc of 10mmol·L^-1 C7H15SO3Na and 20mmol·L^-1 KH2PO4 solution （1 ： 1,adjusted to pH2.8 with 10% phosphoric acid）- acetonitrile（80 ： 20）as mobile phase;wavelength set at 254nm. RESULTS Linear range of Brucine was 0. 07696 - 3. 848μg （r= 0. 9999）, respectively. The average recoveries was 99.6 %, RSD2.21% （n = 9 ）. CONCLUSION The method was simple ,rapid and good reproducibility.
