摘要
目的测定盐酸雷尼替丁胶囊含量。方法采用HPLC法，色谱柱为Hypersil ODS C18（2505（4．0mm,5μm），流动相为甲醇-0．77％醋铵溶液（70：30），测定波长320nm。结果线性范围4．4～66．0μg·mL^-1．r=0．9999；平均加样回收率为100．85％，RSD=0．63％（n=6）。结论方法简便、重现性好，准确可靠。
OBJECTIVE A HPLC method for Ranitidine Hydrochloride Capsules was established. METHODS A Hypersil ODS C18（250 × 4.0mm, 5μm）column was used with methanol-0.77 % Ammonium Acetate（70 ： 30）ns mobile phase. Puerarin content was detected at a wavelength of 320nm. RESULTS The linear range was 4.4- 66.0μg · mL^-1 with correlation coefficient r=0. 9999. The average recovery rate was 100.85% ,RSD= 0. 63% （n= 6）. CONCLUSION The method was simple sensitive and repeatable.
