摘要 目的研究段木灵芝多肽、孢子破壁前后油脂与多糖变化.结果一般化学成分分析中代料灵芝的蛋白质含量14.34%,是段木灵芝的1.6倍.代料灵芝多糖含量高于段木灵芝1~2.6倍.灵芝破壁孢子油脂释放能力是未破壁孢子的5.2倍;破壁孢子的活性成分多糖肽是未破壁孢子多糖肽含量1.69倍.灵芝多糖肽由16种氨基酸组成.从脂肪分析结果来看,灵芝孢子油的饱和脂肪酸含量为23.70%,不饱和脂肪酸为76.20%,对于孢子油是否有应用价值,值得进一步研究. OBJECTIVE To study polypeptides of wood log cultivated Ganoderma lucidurnand the changes of lipid and polysaccharide between intact and Sporoderm-broken Spores of Ganoderma lucidum. Results Content of protein in Tube-cultivated Ganoderma lucidurn is 14.34% which is 1.6 times of wood log cultivated Ganoderma lucidum. And the content of polysaccharide in Tube-cultivated Ganoderma lucidurnis 1 -2.6 times higher than wood log cultivated Ganoderma lucidun. The release ability of fat of Sporoderm-broken Spores is 5.2 times of that of nonbroken spores. Content of Polysaccharide Peptide in Sporoderm-broken Spores is 1.68 times of which is in intact pores. Ganoderrna lucidurn Polysaccharide Peptide is consisted of 17 amino acids. The contents of total amino acides and essential amino acides are 2.2 times of that of nonbroken spores, saturated fatty acid of spore oil is respectively 23.70%. and unsaturated fatty acid is 76.20%. The application of spore oil was worth further study.
