完善农村社会保障制度,有助于提高农村经济市场化程度,实现农村经济可持续发展,调节国民收入分配,促进公平分配目标的实现。必须加强重庆农村社会保障体系建设,健全农村社保管理协调机构与法规体系,拓宽农村社保基金来源渠道,扩大农村社会保障覆盖面,大力培养农村社保专业人才,促进农村社会保障事业发展。
