对我国证券市场缺陷进行了分析,认为证券市场种种缺陷根源于股权分置,提出了消除证券市场缺陷的一些思考。即在重点解决股权分置问题上,保护流通股东的利益,保护证券市场的稳定发展,有节奏、有次序、有重点地逐步进行。同时,矫正证券市场功能,提高证券市场监管质量与效率。建立证券市场多层次市场体系。

After analyzing the defects of the stock market in China, this paper holds that the various defects are due to separated stock rights distribution, puts forward some thoughts on the elimination of the defects, that is, while focusing on solving the problems of stock rights distribution, protecting the interests of circulating share holders and the stable development of stock market, correcting stock market functions, improving the quality and efficiency of stock market supervision and control, and establishing multi-level market system for stock market.
