摘要
阐述了新时期音乐教育的现状以及音乐教育在大学生全面发展中所发挥的独特作用,提出了加强工科院校音乐教育的思路与对策。
This paper expounds the status quo of music education and its unique function in improving the all-round quality of college-students. It also offers the countermeasures to strengthen music education in engineering colleges.
