Innovation and Path Dependence of Circular Economy Development in China

文章构建了较为新颖的理论博弈模型,以研究我国发展循环经济的制度创新与路径依赖问题。研究结果表明:制度创新是我国实施循环经济面临的最大的难题之一;制度创新过程中很可能遇到严重的路径依赖问题;政策及相关信息的高透明度、利益集团间充分的沟通与交流、合理的产业结构以及较强的资源利用能力都是循环经济相关政策制度能够顺利实施落实的基础条件,而这些条件在我国尚有待进一步成熟。

This article researches the systemic innovation and path dependence of China circular economy development by introducing a new model of game theory. We find that the systemic innovation is one of the most difficult problems to develop circular economy in China, and that it is very likely to have serious path dependence problems during systemic innovation. In order to carry out the policy and system of circular economy, we should enhance the transparence of policy and relative information, increase the communication among interest groups and the ability of resource use, and improve industrial structure.
