摘要
设计了一种两相无位置传感器无刷直流陀螺电机锁相稳速系统,单片机与可编程逻辑器的结合使系统以简单的电路实现了各种数字信号的处理。锁定时,电机反电势频率脉冲跟踪基准脉冲,电机稳速运行。试验表明:该系统稳速精度高,实用性强,可靠性高。
A phase-locked steady-speed system of two-phase sensorless brushless DC gyro motor is designed. It can combine with single-chip microcomputer and programmable logic controller to realize the processing of digital signals using simple electronics. In phase-locked state, the phase pulse of motor tracks the basis pulse and the motor runs at steady-speed. Experiment shows that the system is practical, reliable and high accuracy.
