摘要
本文论述中医生殖医学是运用中医药理论来认识和研究人类生殖问题的一门学科。其研究对象包括男性和女性两类个体;研究范畴则是以生殖为中心,涵盖生殖基础、生殖临床及生殖健康等三方面内容。生殖基础主要包括生殖系统构成、生殖生理及生殖病理;生殖临床主要包括与生殖相关的中药、方剂的研究及运用以及与生殖相关疾病的病因、病理、临床表现、诊断、治疗和护理;生殖健康主要是指维护、保养生殖系统及其功能和生殖过程中的体质、精神和社会相适应的良好状态。中医生殖医学包括中医男科、中医妇科及产科等研究领域。
TCM reproduction medicine is a subject of cognition and study human reproduction issue with TCM theory; object of study include male and female.Catory of study is emphsis on reproduction,involve in： foundation, clinic and health of reproduct ion. Foundation of reproduction major include genital system composition , generation physiology and pathology.Clinic of reproduction major include apply of Chinese crude drug , prescription related to genesis ,and etiological factor,pathology, clinical manifestation, diagnosis treatment and attendance. Generation health major maintain , conserve genital system and its function and reproductive process＇s body constitution, mind and kilter adapt to society. TCM generation medicine include male department, department of gynecology maternity department etc study fields.
