改革开放以来,中国企业的发展速度比发达国家企业发展的速度快得多,但企业倒闭的速度也比发达国家的企业快得多,许多著名的民营企业风光几年就很快从人们视线中消失了,企业“短命”现象成了企业和经济理论界最为关心的话题。分析中国民营企业“短命”现象,并提出打造中国基业长青企业的对策。

However, the bankruptcy speed is faster than that of the developed countries too. Many famous native enterprises only exist for a few years,and then disappear. The phenomena of companies,short life become a subject of great concern in enterprise eirele and economic theory eirele. Chinese native companies＇ “short life” is analyzed. Some counterplans of how to develop everlasting enterprises are put forward.
